La Marzocco Strada S

La Marzocco Strada S

Over the span of two years, La Marzocco collaborated with thirty of the world's most distinguished coffee experts to develop an espresso machine. This group was referred to as the "Street Team," and in their honor, the espresso machine was named Strada, which translates to "Street" in Italian. The second iteration of the Strada enhances the original machine's features and gives its appearance a contemporary touch. Its reduced profile fosters customer interaction in a café environment, while simultaneously affording the barista a more spacious and open workspace.

The Strada platform has been meticulously crafted to foster ingenuity and personalization, allowing each machine to be one-of-a-kind. It comes in two different configurations, tailored to cater to the distinct requirements of baristas and coffee shops across the globe.

Key Features:

-Pro Touch Steam Wands:  Maintain excellent performance while remaining cool to the touch.

-Proportional Steam Valve:  Activation through a lever-style mechanism for a proportional solenoid steam valve.

-Expansive Drip Tray:  Expands the barista's workspace by providing additional space for arranging cups and cleaning cloths. In the AV configuration without scales, the drip tray's height is adaptable, enabling the use of the machine with tall to-go cups.

-Saturated Groups:  Guarantee consistent thermal stability with every shot.

-Programmable Doses:  Automatic volumetric controls guarantee consistency and repeatability in high-capacity environments.

-Independent Saturated Boilers:  Individual saturated boilers for each group head enable baristas to fine-tune temperature settings for specific coffees, ensuring thermal consistency.

-Optional Scales:  The optional built-in scales within the drip tray offer an unmatched degree of uniformity.

-Hot Water Economizer:  Allows you to adjust the tap water temperature to your desired level for rinsing.
