Espresso Services was founded as a field service company focused on specialty coffee equipment in 1989 and continues to take great pride in the reliability and quality of our field service repair. Today we operate out of three branch offices with 16 technicians, employ two remote location technicians and partner with seven dedicated servicing dealers throughout the upper Midwest. ESI is by far one of the largest, most knowledgeable and experienced technical service companies for coffee related equipment in the country.
Factory Trained Technicians
Our technicians are factory trained and authorized for all major brands of domestic and imported coffee equipment repair. We maintain a comprehensive inventory of parts needed to provide same day service on nearly every call. All calls are centralized and dispatched from a single location and monitored and facilitated by a dedicated service manager and his team. Whether you need emergency service and repair on a highly technical automated espresso machine, the installation of a basic coffee brewer or a simple tune up for a coffee shop we are organized, prepared and experienced to come to your location and fulfill your request with complete satisfaction.

No problem, we have experienced technicians on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We offer same day priority service at your location, preventative maintenance programs and a replacement water treatment program. We take the worry away so you can focus on your bottom line.
